Usage Data is collected automatically when You use the Service. It may include Your Device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages or features You visit, time and date of Your visit, time spent, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service through a mobile device, We may also collect device type, unique device ID, mobile OS, mobile browser type, and other diagnostic data.

How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring usage and storing game progress.
To manage Your Account and grant access to registered-user features.

To manage Your requests, including data deletion requests.

Data Deletion Requests

You have the right to request deletion of the Personal Data We have collected about You. Iron Arena PvE will process all deletion requests within 30 days.

Your wave progress and lifetime XP

What May Be Retained

Aggregated, anonymized gameplay statistics that cannot be linked back to You

Please note that We may need to retain certain information when We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company retains Your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

User Accounts: retained for the duration of your account relationship plus up to 24 months after account closure.
Application usage statistics: up to 24 months.
Server logs (IP addresses, access times): up to 24 months for security monitoring and troubleshooting.

We may retain data beyond these periods where required by law, for legal claims, at Your explicit request, or due to technical backup limitations. When retention periods expire, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent, We will take steps to remove that information from Our servers promptly.
